UV Curing Lamp
With spectrum mainly distributed in the range of 200nm and 450nm with the peak value of 365nm, the lamp is mainly used as an ideal light source for the surface coating of printing and plate making, flexible packaging and color printing, the furniture industry, decorative materials, paper vanishing and printed cans, aging of polymer compounds, photosensitive flame retardant and photosensitive character ink on semiconductors, printed circuit boards and signs.
Exposure-specific lamp
Iodine gallium lamp, or plate burning lamp, also known as exposure lamp, is a kind of metal halide lamp, including two types: fast-start and slow-start. It can produce strong emission lines within the wavelength range of 350-450nm, whose peak value is 417nm. Infrared (IR) lamps
Infrared lamp tube, in which the tungsten wire will turn electrical energy into infrared radiation, the wavelength of which is between 780mm and 1mm, is produced on the principle of thermal radiation. The wave is a powerful radiation of thermodynamic objects, so it is also known as thermal radiation, which accelerates the drying of the printing ink. Infrared IR-A (780nm-1400nm) is typically used. Infrared lamps are usually divided into near infrared light and far infrared light.

UV Transformer
Description: 1. UV transformer is a kind of dry type transformer used in special occasion which adopts magnetic leakage and boosting principles. 2. Tube, transformer and capacitor constitute a complete matching system. The selection of transformer shall be done based on the power of UV lamp, i.e., the transformer shall have enough output voltage to ensure the full power operation of UV lamp. If the output voltage is too high, the lamp will be burn down; if the output voltage is too low, the lamp will not operate in full power which results in the inadequate output strength of ultraviolet ray.
UV Capacitor
UV lamp capacitor is specially developed and produced for special light sources and lamps. With its stable performance and small error, the capacitor is warmly welcomed by our clients. It is usually used with transformer together, aiming at improving power factor, compensating current, ensuring the normal and stable operation of the lamp. It is widely applied in high-frequency circuit, DC, AC and pulse circuit.

Quartz Plates
Remarks: Quartz Plates are of two types: coated and uncoated. The coated give high reflection and low loss. Its UV transmittance is as high as 95%+ while it absorbs infrared. As this brings extraordinary heat insulation effects, coated quartz plates are the first choice for UV device design. Features: It can filter the infrared from UV lamps and reduce the heat on illuminated objects. UV can effectively pass by and infrared is reflected. With the support of lampshades, it can achieve good heat insulation function.
Lampshades
It can fully project UV rays to the surfaces of illuminated objects. The reflection effects of reflectors have direct influence on curing results. The reflectors have imported full mirror surface reflective sheets inside. Features: UV forced air cooling lampshades can reflect 90%+ UV rays from UV lamps to the surface of illuminated objects with promoted work efficiency. We also supply customized UV forced air cooling lampshades in according with the lengths of the tubes.
